The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta, once again held the Yudisium Period IV Academic Year 2024/2025 on Thursday (24/7) at the Faculty’s Seminar Room. A total of 85 students participated in this yudisium, consisting of 28 students from the Department of Agrotechnology, 24 students from the Department of Soil Science, and 33 students from the Department of Agribusiness. The ceremony was held solemnly and attended by faculty leaders, lecturers, and academic staff.

On this occasion, the Faculty of Agriculture presented awards to several outstanding students, including:

• Firman Eka Yuantoro (135210062) from the Agribusiness Study Program, as the recipient of the Fastest Graduate Award with a study period of 3 years, 9 months, and 5 days.
• Ribet Kusandy (135210032) from the Agribusiness Study Program, as the recipient of the Highest GPA Award with a GPA of 3.98.
• Ribet Kusandy (135210032) from the Agribusiness Study Program, as the recipient of the Scholarly Achievement Award for outstanding accomplishments, namely:

a) Silver Medal at the National Essay Competition (NEC 2) 2024, organized by INSTIPER Yogyakarta.

b) Contributor to a scientific publication indexed in SHS Web of Conferences 212, 04044 (2025) ICARSESS-24, entitled "Consumer Purchasing Decision Towards Chicken Eggs in Yogyakarta Province".

In addition to the award ceremony, the yudisium also featured an inspirational session by alumni Aris Martopo, S.P., M.T., a graduate of the Agribusiness Study Program who currently serves as the Head of the Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Manpower, and Transmigration (DISKUKTRANSESDM) Karanganyar. He shared motivational stories and valuable experiences from his career journey, inspiring prospective graduates to continue contributing to national development.

Through this event, the Faculty of Agriculture, UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta, hopes that its graduates will not only excel academically but also apply their knowledge and skills within society, in accordance with the values of Bela Negara.
