Tracer Study is a graduate survey conducted by UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta to track the transition of its alumni from higher education to the world of work or further study. Through this activity, the university collects up-to-date information on graduates’ employment status, type of work, position, field of industry, further education, and the competencies applied in their professional lives. This information reflects how far the study programs have succeeded in preparing graduates who are ready to compete and contribute in various sectors.
The data obtained from the Tracer Study serve as an important basis for evaluating and improving the quality of education at the faculty and university level. The results are used for curriculum review, quality assurance, accreditation, and the development of learning methods that are more relevant to the needs of the job market and society. In addition, Tracer Study outcomes also support the strengthening of partnerships with industry, government institutions, and other stakeholders, so that the link and match between higher education and the world of work can be continuously improved.
The participation of alumni in the Tracer Study is highly expected and greatly appreciated. By taking a few minutes to complete the questionnaire, alumni contribute directly to the advancement of their study program and faculty, as well as to the improvement of services for future students. We invite all graduates to actively take part in this Tracer Study and to help UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta realize its commitment to producing excellent, professional, and competitive graduates.
